I’m a Mindfulness and Wellness Coach, a dedicated Reiki practitioner, a deeply spiritual person… and I live with severe chronic pain from a car accident. I live with pain every moment of every day.
That pain has taught me an incredible amount about suffering and empathy, agony and compassion. I was brain injured, deeply cognitively impaired, confused and afraid. I developed PTSD, and still experience the crippling ‘episodes’ and irrational terror, the triggers and the nightmares.
I’ve had to learn a lot about healing, as part of my own healing.
I’ve learned what health really means, what healing looks like; I’ve learned the things that prevent us from truly caring for ourselves and the ways that we need to change in order to truly heal; and I continue to learn more all the time.
I have a strong background in meditation and other spiritually wholistic modalities, from Holotropic Breathwork and Reiki to Mindfulness and EMDR. I bring wisdom about wellness and a deep compassion to everything I do, every day. Spiritually wholistic and sustainable — that means things that support your spirit, your deepest happiness; that bring meaning and fulfillment to your life, without leading you to burn out.
